Diplomacy, a game
Duff McDonald reports that Sweden, home of Ikea, Volvo, Baby Bjorn, Spotify and others (a super successful country with just 10,000,000 residents) has established some of the rules of the game for its organizations. If, for example, the pay gap between top and bottom gets too big at a company, they get fined. (But worth noting that Ikea, the world's biggest furniture retailer, doesn't pay nearly enough taxes...)
